The 91黑料 (DECYP) was established in October 2022. DECYP provides a range of services to support children and young people so they can be known, safe, well and learning. Our service areas include:

- Child Safety and Youth Justice Operations
- Schools and Early Years
- Development and Support
- Strategy and Performance
These service areas are supported by business units responsible for corporate support, policy development, regulation, and assessment and review. Many of the department鈥檚 business units contribute to more than one service area.
